Who we are

What we collect and why

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only collect personal data that you choose to send us:

• If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to discuss working together.
• If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and any details you add so we can arrange the call. The booking provider’s own privacy notice also applies.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Third parties

The site is hosted by IONOS, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
